Following the success of "Fight for Show! - Teens" (2018-20), "Fight for Show! - Next Door" was again funded by Community Investment and Inclusion Fund (CIIF) of Labour and Welfare Bureau HKSAR. The three-year project was sucessfully launched in July 2020, generated by Newzpire and Active Concept. Inherited the concept of "Edutainment" with a model "Community-School-Business-media" and connected to different stakeholders in the society, the project equips students with various skills as the content producers. The programmes are all about "Disability Inclusion", "New Estate Comers", "Green & Sustainable Life", "Ethnic Minority", "Technology for Good" and "Happy Ageing", everyone can freely enjoy our programmes on our "Social TV" platform!

The organization positions itself in the field of arts and culture, and contributes by investing in video production, event planning and execution, as well as stage show production. In recent years, launched project explores the creative development in publishing, visual, musical aspects.In recent years, the company has been actively involved in community development from the aspects of text, video and music, combining management experience, traditional teaching and innovation training methods, cultivating community imagination and creativity, and integrating cross-sector events.

Co-Founder of Showalker Studio Limited, a social start-up to empower the next generation to build a sustainable lifestyle with the platform of "social TV". Prior to that, he was the director of the news department at Hong Kong Television Network Limited (HKTV). He led the team to win the award of the International TV Broadcasting Finalist Award Winner in Best Public Affairs Program granted by the New York Festival in 2009.
